“A”

“The rustic, natural location was ideal for exploring and creativity. The cabin room was spacious. The natural gas logs were efficient and heated the large room quickly. The bathroom was clean. However, the lights above the sink did not work such that the lighting produced strong shadows and low lighting. The rocker recliners were clean, but my mate refused to sit as they were too low to the floor. The breakfast was amazing. The cost was very reasonable. Good experience. I look forward to...

“A rustic motor lodge with updated modern features! Quaint little spot located near Flat Rock in Hendersonville, easy access to hikes and downtown. Everything was clean and comfortable.”

“Great experience”

“Clean and beautiful property nestled in the mountains. Quick and easy check in. The Hotel is over 100 years old so the floors are very creaky and the walls are paper thin and non insulated so you can hear conversations of everyone in the next room. The toilet clogged up and we didn’t even use it and started running all over the floor. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but nothing special. Overall would stay again for 1 or two nights at most though while visiting that area.”

“Fantastic place !!!”

“A little worn out here and there but overall a great vibe with beautiful surroundings, and kind staff. Free modern laundry room was a big plus.”

“The looking glass cabin is small but effective and quaint. It had most things needed The grounds were clean and being next to the river was great. The check in process and communication was horrible It took hours wandering around property and 20 phone calls and texts to find our cabin They never texted us the code or cabin assignment at check in time When they finally returned communication, they made us feel as if we were in the wrong with no apology whatsoever. It’s a shame...

“I travel frequently for work and stay at the same chain hotels, so I was looking for something a little less commercial feel on this trip. Skylaranna is tucked away from busy highways and offers beautiful mountain scenery in a peaceful setting. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Ours included a kitchenette, a private balcony, a huge spa-style bathroom with shower jets, and an extend tv package that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to try...

“Everything was great, my only concern was the leaky tub faucet. Highly recommend!”

“We had a room over the breakfast area and the pool which was noisy in the morning and a little strange having a window viewing the indoor pool.”

“The staff was very nice and professional.”
